FINDING MY DREAM DRESS

Nicole's wedding dresses are available in nearly 4,000 stores worldwide. You can buy a Nicole dress in one of our own stores, or through our authorized retailers. Type your city’s name here to find your nearest store and click on the link to book your appointment. You can also book an appointment by calling the store of your choice.
We suggest that you start looking for the dress between 9 and 12 months before your wedding day. Anyhow, our dreamy dresses are waiting for you with open arms whenever you want!
In order to be fully prepared for their big day, most brides order their dress 6-8 months in advance. Therefore, you'll have enough time to customize it as you wish and schedule two more fittings for the finishing touches.
Nicole's collections and wedding dresses are designed so that every bride can have her dream come true! You can find designs from €1,100.00, but keep in mind that each collection has a specific style with a price range that varies to suit all your wishes and requirements. We believe that finding and buying the dress of your dreams is a personal and unforgettable experience that requires expert advice from our stylists in one of our stores. SCHEDULING MY APPOINTMENT

Your health and safety is our priority. We follow a thorough protocol in all our stores to ensure that you and our staff are provided with the appropriate hygienic and safety conditions.

  • Our team: We guarantee that our entire staff has been trained and qualified to assist brides, and follow rigorous health and safety procedures.
  • Sanitation measures: We clean dresses, store surfaces and fitting rooms before and after each guest visit.
  • We maintain social distancing, and the team will welcome you with masks and protective equipment
The number of guests you can bring with you depends on local regulations. Keep in mind that your family and friends will be able to connect with you virtually to your appointment to share this unforgettable moment!

Of course, you can! The current safety protocol states that you can be accompanied by up to two people. However, you have the option of calling the store of your choice to confirm how many guests you can bring.

MY FIRST APPOINTMENT

The virtual appointment consists of a free 45 minute consultation through Zoom with one of our bridal fashion experts. Her advice will help you learn more about the dresses that catch your eye and other important details such as silhouette, fabric and budget.
This consultation will help you prepare for your first face-to-face appointment in the store and make choosing the dress of your dreams easier!

After you book your appointment in one of our stores, our stylists will contact you to agree on a convenient time to meet and work out specific details. Depending on what you have agreed by phone or email, our team will be waiting for you with a shortlist of styles ready to be tried on. Once you have found the dress of your dreams, an expert dressmaker will take measurements to order a dress specially tailored for you.
The average duration of the appointments is two hours.
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know in advance. You will find the contact details in the confirmation email you receive when you make an appointment. You can also find the information corresponding to your store in the Boutiques section.

If you have made an advance payment for the appointment, you must cancel or reschedule it at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to receive a full refund for the registration fee.
All our dresses are available in Spanish sizes ranging from 32 to 64.
It is possible to personalize and modify certain characteristics of some dresses Trust your bridal stylist to advise you on this. Popular modifications include adjusting the length of the tail, variations in the shape and/or depth of the neckline, adjusting or removing the sleeves completely, or even the color of the dress.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Nicole's stores offer a convenient and simple payment method divided into three installments:

  1. 50% of the total price on the day you place your order.
  2. 30%. On the day of the first fitting.
  3. The final 20% is due on the day you pick up your dress.

AFTER YOU HAVE PURCHASED YOUR DRESS

Once you have purchased the dress, the fitting process will begin. This process usually involves 2 fitting sessions. Modifications are not always included in the price of the dress. Don't hesitate to ask your bridal stylist for more information.
Store your dress carefully in your Nicole dress carrier. If you're flying, make sure your dress meets the airline's cabin travel requirements. Confirm in advance with the airline that you will have enough space to place the dress.

AFTER YOUR WEDDING

All our dresses include an inner label with dry cleaning instructions. Please follow them carefully. Each product has its own recommendations for conservation and care. You can find them on the composition label included with the dress or accessory concerned. As these are garments made with delicate fabrics and finishes, we recommend that you use a special detergent.
